Individual Therapy

Alaina provides individual therapy for Indiana residents. Individual therapy is an opportunity to explore at a deeper level in a one on one setting with Alaina. Individual therapy with Alaina focuses on your specific mental health and relationship concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, identity, boundaries, codependency, divorce, and balancing family relationships. You and Alaina will work to establish new ways of thinking and insight in effort to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others.

Couples Therapy

Alaina provides couple's therapy for Indiana residents. Couples therapy is an opportunity for you and your partner, spouse, or co-parent to delve deeper into the couples relationship. Couples therapy may include learning about attachment styles, communication, boundaries, family of origin, and relational patterns/experiences that have influenced your relationship today. Alaina is certified in levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples therapy and has experience helping couples discover new insights and ways of connecting that promote restoration and growth.

Distanced Couple

Discernment Counseling

Alaina provides Discernment Counseling for couples who are considering divorce or separation but unsure what the next step is. It's a brief treatment that consists of a maximum of 5 sessions. The goal of Discernment Counseling is to help couples arrive at greater clarity and confidence in their decision making about the future of their marriage. â€‹If you've tried couples therapy before and still feel like you're unsure about the path for your marriage, Discernment Counseling may be a good option.

Working from Home

Coaching

Alaina provides coaching to anyone in the U.S. which is a benefit to those who don't live in Indiana but would like to work with her. Coaching is a form of counsel that involves helping clients tap into their passion and strengths. This changes the mindset from problem/symptom focused to solution focused. Coaching topics may include parenting, work/life balance, peer relationships, and personal growth. Coaching will focus on life skills that you can use in the here and now by identifying your goal and working to achieve the desired result in and outside of session.
