Couples Therapy

Intake Session: 90 minutes/$175

Includes:

• Gathering relationship, medical, social/work, family history (past and present)

• Assessment of Emotional, Mental, Physical Health 

• Assessment of Trust/Commitment/Past Trauma

  • Additional Assessments are available and may be encouraged depending on the couples needs: ​

    • Gottman Relationship Check-Up: $49 (337 questions)​

    • Prepare Enrich Pre-marital Assessment: $35

• Collaboration about next steps/relationship goals/treatment planning.

Therapy Sessions: 50 minutes/$125

Includes:

• Check-in's on goals/progress/barriers to treatment

• Couple specific interventions (led by therapist) that target previously identified goals (shared by client).

• Feedback on treatment methods and how to implement into daily life

• Occasional re-assessment of any diagnosis'
